Separated consent
Project processing consent and marketing consent are recorded separately. Declining marketing permission never affects the commission.
Access and retention
Role-based access, version history and audit records support controlled operations. A final retention and deletion schedule will be published before paid launch.
Trading entity, contact details, service levels, retention periods and jurisdiction-specific consumer terms must be finalized with professional review before live payment is enabled.
